The Lednice-Valtice Area [LVA] is a monument of world importance which was enlisted on the UNESCO List of Cultural Heritage in 1996. We shall show you round the best-known places in the area and also the places which are often unjustly left out by the tourists. We shall visit a fairy-land with fishponds and landmarks built by the Liechtenstein family after their arrival in Moravia in 1249. If we follow the steps of this prominent family, we shall find ourselves in Lower Austria. There we can find Liechtenstein’s seats or also wine-cellars with wines comparable to the Moravian ones.

Following our guides, you can go there on foot or travel in the area on bicycle, on ship or by bus. The physical effort of the trip depends on your requests. If you decide to get a bike ride, we shall provide you with the necessary amount of quality bicycles.

Allow us to recommend you other significant places, such as the Great Moravian historical site of Pohansko, the town of Mikulov, the Pálava region, where it is possible to go for wonderful walks or visit the southern Moravian place – the confluence of the rivers Morava and Dyje, which you can reach when following the cycling route through an untouched countryside.
